Buildspace by Farza is "a home for ppl bringing their wildest ideas to life". As part of their 6-week program, the
S5 nights&weekends (
S5 n&w) focuses on encouraging builders to create products out in the open with the customers directly. Helping creators get from 0-1 while creating an amazing community of creators-supporting-creators is no easy feat, yet
@farza and his team does it with ease.
For the builder in me, this program was a wake up call. I quickly found myself enrolled to the S5 n&w program and got started with some problems that I had faced as a cancer researcher & other ones that researchers continued to face till date. Getting into an agile-iterative loop of feedback-ideate-create-repeat, I found a problem that could easily be solved with the current advances of GenAI technology!
Based on inputs from lead scientists in early-stage biopharma startups & researchers in grad school wanting to start off their entrepreneurial journey, I found out that one of the biggest time consuming aspects in R&D science was research communication.
Having to post and maintain a social media presence is like an unsaid intellectual burden which really distracts an entrepreneur from working on the hardcore research. This couldn't have been explained better by
Jaiden here.
With this I crafted a solution for an automated GenAI-based social media posting tool. The UX idea was simple -> a simple go-to website that users can use when they have to post on social media that uses biomedical/healthcare languages accurately.
