Your work will directly enable club creators to succeed faster while building the technical foundation for our next phase of growth. With this role filled, we will be able to better to serve our expanding community and validate breakthrough features that could greatly increase our impact.

What You'll Own

🚀 Rapid Feature Prototyping - Ship 2-3 experimental features monthly to validate hypotheses with real clubs - Turn user insights into testable product bets within days, not weeks 🎨 UI System & Developer Experience - Transform our current UI codebase into a cohesive component library and design system - Establish patterns that make the entire team ship faster 👥 Product Discovery - Translate community feedback into actionable product improvements - Partner closely with founders on product strategy and prioritization ⚡ Process Innovation - Help optimize our development workflows and AI tool adoption - Contribute to engineering practices that amplify our small team's impact

The Team & Tech Stack

You'll work directly with our founding team: - Michael (Engineering, ex-Netflix) - Saum (Product, ex-Google) - Colt (Go-to-Market, ex-Guild) Tech: React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern full-stack tools Resources: Active community of builders, rich user feedback, clear product vision, and ambitious ideas about the future of IRL connection

You're Likely A Great Fit If...

- 3+ years full-stack experience with React/Next.js/TypeScript, with a lean towards UI/UX - Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and default to action - Product intuition: You naturally think about user problems, not just technical solutions - Mission alignment: You're genuinely excited about strengthening real-world communities - Communication style: Direct, candid, collaborative - Quality judgment: You make smart speed vs. polish tradeoffs based on context
