Strategic Alliances and Business Development Manager - Animal Nutrition

Job Description

GreenGrahi is an advanced bio-manufacturing company revolutionizing the livestock and agriculture sectors with sustainable, high-quality functional ingredients. As we grow rapidly, we are seeking an experienced Business Developer to acquire and nurture new clients for our animal nutrition business across India, GCC, Europe, and the USA.

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships and driving B2B /institutional sales with aquafeed companies, pet food manufacturers, poultry feed producers, and ingredient distributors. You will collaborate closely with our R&D and formulations team, production team, and sales team to deliver customized solutions and products to our strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities 

 1. Business Development and Category Growth:  

- Drive sales and expand the company’s presence in India, GCC, Europe, and the USA.  

- Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with customers in target geographies. 

- Nurture existing opportunities to drive consistent sales 

2. Sales Expertise in Animal Protein and Feed Ingredients:  

- Proven experience in selling products such as fish meal, fish oil, feed additives, macro-ingredients, and premixes.  

- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to diverse markets and customer needs.  

3. Customer and Market Knowledge:  

- Previous experience selling to pet food, aqua feed, and poultry feed manufacturers, as well as raw material distributors.  

- Deep understanding of the regulatory requirements for introducing products in these geographies and customer segments.

Qualifications

1. Education: Master’s degree in Fishery sciences or biotechnology , Veterinary animal sciences (poultry & pet), specialising in nutrition. 

2. Experience: 7–10 years of work experience in sales and business development in the animal nutrition or feed industry.
