We’re a pragmatic AI implementation agency on a mission to help start‑ups, scale‑ups and SMBs work smarter and grow faster. Our compact remote team, consisting of an AI Strategist, a Product & Prompt Engineer and a ML engineer, delivering end‑to‑end solutions, from strategy to production.

Demand for new automations keeps rising, so we’re looking for an AI Prompt & Automation Engineer to scale our workflows.

Responsibilities

- Build production‑ready automations in Make.com, n8n or custom scripts based on internal proof‑of‑concepts.
- Optimise existing flows (cost, speed, reliability) and squash bugs fast.
- Expand functionality by experimenting with new AI features, RAG, function calling, embeddings, and integrating them seamlessly.
- Document & Demo solutions with concise Loom videos so teammates and clients understand the what & why.
- Answer quick client questions and proactively suggest improvements.

Skills & Experience

- Hands‑on experience with low‑/no‑code automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier).
- Ability to read API docs quickly and connect CRMs, webhooks, vector DBs, voice bots, etc.
- Foundation in prompt engineering and LLM testing methods.
- Process‑oriented mindset combined with creative problem‑solving.
- Clear communicator, able to explain tech to non‑tech stakeholders.
