Dear Outland friends, We are very sorry to inform you that the Outland: Sino-Diasporic Publishing Fair, originally scheduled for September 26–28, will have to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances on the venue's side. This change came unexpectedly. We immediately began looking for an alternative venue, but with availability in London being especially tight in the autumn and winter months, it has proven difficult to secure a suitable replacement in time. As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the fair. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. At the moment, the Outland team is actively searching for a new venue and will confirm new dates as soon as possible. We’re hoping to reschedule for a later date in the coming months. For those who have already submitted an application, we really appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into preparing. We will keep all submitted applications on file, and once new dates are confirmed, we’ll notify you immediately so you can plan accordingly. If you have not yet applied but are interested in joining, we kindly ask for your patience. We’ll reopen the application portal once the new dates are set. Over the past few months, we've been carefully preparing for this fair, and much of it had already begun to take shape. While the decision to postpone wasn't easy, we believe it won't be long before we gather again, at a better time and in a better space.
