Frate is a Returns Management Software in the Shopify space that is taking a new approach to ecommerce returns. We’re a high-growth startup building the future of sustainable reverse logistics and ecommerce infrastructure. We're laser-focused on helping modern brands move faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Backed by a strong customer base, such as Monos, Caraway, and Schutz, we're looking to add a Founding BDR to help scale our growth engine and become a key part of our sales team.
As our first BDR hire, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts. You'll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new opportunities, building relationships with high-growth eCommerce brands, and collaborating closely with our CEO and founding team. This role is designed for someone hungry to become a —you’ll have a clear path to grow into a closing role and shape what sales looks like at Frate.
