Identity Youth will be traveling to Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio on Thursday, June 19th for those between the ages of 13-18!

Each person will need to arrive at the church at 8:00am and the cost is $40/person. Each teen is encouraged to bring extra cash for lunch/dinner (unless they desire to pack). Come join us as we ride coasters together and, in addition, evangelize to the lost! It will be a wonderful time together!

YOUTH CEDAR POINT WAIVER

In exchange for participation in the Identity Youth Cedar Point trip, held at Cedar Point, 1 Cedar Point Dr, Sandusky, OH 44870, I hereby agree as follows:

1. I and everyone claiming on my behalf release and forever discharge Identity Church (Releasee), Dylan Wymer (Releasee) and it’s affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I may have against Releasee or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation in the trip.

2. I Agree to indemnify Release(s) against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages and judgements, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to my child’s participation in the trip.

3. This Release shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns. I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Release and am freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this Release.

I, (the parent/guardian) give my (son/daughter) permission to attend the Youth Cedar Point trip at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Everyone will meet at 8:00AM at Identity Church. Dylan Wymer and associate leaders will be the designated drivers. Those attending will need money for lunch/dinner and drinks or may pack some food for the drive. Expected return time will be around 11:30pm. Parents will be expected to pick up your son/daughter at that time, unless other arrangements have been approved by Dylan Wymer.


* By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, fully understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. I consent to my child’s participation in the Identity Youth Cedar Point trip and understand the risks involved. This waiver is binding upon my child’s participation and covers all activities related to the trip.
