EUDIS Matchmaking - DECOI at Slush

We invite you to apply for our next onsite EUDIS Matchmaking event - DECOI, taking place one day before Slush 2025 in Helsinki, Finland, on November 18, 2025. The deadline to apply is October 12th!

DECOI (Defence Ecosystem of Innovators) is a high-level side event organised alongside Slush, Europe’s most influential tech and startup gathering. Co-organised by EUDIS Matchmaking, FiBAN and Partners (Patria, Enterprise Estonia, Investment and Development Agency of Latvia) DECOI is designed to showcase defence and dual-use innovation to an investor-heavy audience.


The event will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and two dedicated pitching tracks for startups and scaleups, alongside strategic networking with defence corporates, investors, and public stakeholders.

Why apply to join EUDIS Matchmaking at DECOI?

Showcase your innovation | DECOI offers a unique opportunity to pitch in front of active defence-focused investors and corporate decision-makers in an intimate, high-value setting.

Be one of 10 selected scaleups | EUDIS Matchmaking will select 10 defence or dual-use scaleups to join the Scaleup Track at DECOI. These companies will pitch to an audience of strategic investors, corporates, and institutional stakeholders.

Engage in investor-driven conversations | The event is designed to be investor-heavy, offering startups and scaleups exposure to a high-level audience from venture capital, defence investment, and industry scouting teams.

Gain insights from European defence leadership | The programme will include opening remarks (DG DEFIS or EBAN) and a keynote on strategic investment in European defence innovation. A panel discussion will bring together institutional, corporate, and investment voices to explore how Europe can scale up its defence innovation ecosystem.

Targeted networking & strategic matchmaking | Take part in a concentrated afternoon of content and 1:1 investor engagement, with opportunities to connect directly with relevant investors, corporates, and public stakeholders.

- Travel and accommodation costs for the onsite event are not covered by EUDIS.
