We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between creativity and performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-obsessed, and can spot opportunities in the data while still bringing bold, outside-the-box ideas to the table.
This is not a “make pretty ads” role — it’s about research, testing, and scaling creative winners for our portfolio of D2C e-commerce clients.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Research & Development: Lead research into competitors, industries, and audiences to uncover new angles and test-worthy concepts.
Creative Testing Strategy: Analyze Ads Manager data, break down results, and turn them into actionable testing plans.
Ad Creative Production: Work with our video editor and graphic designer to produce new weekly creatives.
Balance Brand & Performance: Stay on-brand while applying direct-response principles that drive conversions.
Client Communication: Present insights to clients and translate data into clear, compelling stories.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team, brainstorm weekly, and spot opportunities in both data and the market.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in performance marketing (paid social focus).
- Proven ability to analyze Ads Manager data and use it to guide creative strategy.
- Strong attention to detail — zero tolerance for typos, sloppy execution, or missed steps.
- Understanding of consumer psychology, branding, and direct response.
- Excellent taste and visual aesthetic — knows how to capture attention without losing performance.
- Highly reliable, fast, and consistent in output.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing calls.
