We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling Series A-backed startup (Y Combinator and leading AI-focused VCs) leveraging cutting-edge ML and AI to automate complex, document-heavy consumer underwriting processes. The team is growing quickly and looking to bring on a Head of Operations to lead and scale a large offshore team (125→250+) and own the operational strategy behind their AI product. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.
The ideal candidate has 5–12 years of experience leading operations at high-growth startups or BPOs, with a strong track record of managing and scaling offshore or distributed teams. Experience in AI, data labeling, or support workflows is a plus.
