NERC'25 Ambassador Form

NERC (National Engineering Robotics Contest) is a prestigious platform where innovation meets excellence. Hosted by NUST CEME, it is Pakistan's largest and most thrilling robotics competition, bringing together brilliant minds from universities nationwide. This is more than just a contest – it’s a chance to showcase talent, foster creativity, and inspire the future of robotics and engineering.

We are looking for passionate ambassadors who can promote this incredible event, engage their university communities, and contribute to this legacy of innovation. Are you ready to take on this exciting role?

Ambassador Responsibilities:

1. Ambassadors will actively encourage and bring teams from their institute to participate in NERC, ensuring maximum representation.

2. Ambassadors will effectively communicate all event-related announcements and updates to their peers, serving as the primary point of contact between NERC and their institute.

Ambassador Perks and Conditions:

1. Ambassadors will receive an official certificate of appreciation for their contributions.

2. Exclusive early bird discounts will be available for ambassadors and their teams upon registration using the ambassador's CNIC.

3. Ambassadors will be invited daily to attend the event as honored representatives.

4. Only one official ambassador will be selected from each university.

5. The Best Ambassador will be invited to an exclusive Gala Dinner at no cost.

6. The Best Ambassador will also be promoted across NERC’s official social media channels, gaining recognition for their outstanding contribution.
