What does the week look like

On Sunday, June 23rd the participants will gather for a welcome dinner. Monday, June 24th we start with an introduction to the program and Silicon Valley followed by the first meetings.
The program runs Monday through Friday. Each day, we will meet experienced entrepreneurs, venture capital investors, and executives, and allow time for reflection. Lunch is included. Each day ends when the last session concludes.

When is it

The travel dates are Saturday, June 22nd - Saturday, June 29th, 2024.

Who is the organizer

The San Francisco-based host and organizer is Oliver (Olle) Binkhorst. He has +20 years of experience in the US, Europe, and Asia tech industries. He is an advisor to VCs and entrepreneurs, and the initiator of DutchTechX spun from DutchTechSF, the Dutch-American entrepreneurial community in Silicon Valley. His initiatives have been covered by NRC, De Telegraaf, Financieel Dagblad, Business Insider, RTL Z, Emerce, and MT/Sprout.

What is DutchTechX

DutchTechX gathers entrepreneurs, executives, and technologists, from diverse backgrounds to explore cross-border entrepreneurship and innovation. The collective experience of its membership spans all aspects of growing successful companies—from the formative stage to managing multi-billion dollar enterprises.
DutchTechX got off the ground with the financial support of entrepreneurs in the US and the Netherlands 👉 the founding members.

Eligibility & Fit

The program is ideally suited for entrepreneurs, founders & funders, and mid to C-level executives of emerging to growth-stage companies. The stage of your company is not important - but you do need to want to learn. Regardless of previous visits to the region, participating provides a unique insider's perspective.

What’s included

Your registration includes full access to the program, expert guide, site visits, lunches, venues, Talks, the welcome dinner, closing party, and limousine bus transportation to scheduled activities as needed.
In addition, promote your job adverts on our job board, receive promotion on our social media channels to 25K followers, and be included in the alumni showcase.
Airfare and lodging are not included. Participants will receive a discounted rate for the 5-star Tripadvisor-rated hotel Emblem in the theatre district of San Francisco.

How much

If you request the registration form before Monday, May 20th, the program fee is €6,750 P.P. After this date, the full €7,500 P.P. fee applies. Netherlands-based companies confirmed to participate, are eligible to apply for Subsidie SIB Marktentree of €2,500. The needed documents to apply will be provided on request. After receiving the subsidy, your total investment will be around €6,250 including flight + accommodation.
You may refer a team member or friend to join. Each participant needs to register separately. Your participation is confirmed when payment is received. Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card. Keep in mind that you need a valid ESTA visa to enter the United States.
