Entrepreneurs want to get inside from other businesses and many companies want to share, that's why the "build in public" term is getting more and more popular.
- But there's no central place for such a need, most founders post some status on different social media (mostly on Twitter), which is very hard to track from follower's POV.
(Ex: I wan't to know how Convertkit approached hiring in early days, It's very difficult for to just go on founder's twitter profile and scan his tweets from I don't even know when)
- Apart from some early marketing, companies don't have many reasons to put the effort to let others know about their business.
That's why I'm building OnlyBIP, which will fundamentally follow Patreon/Onlyfans model but for build in public businesses where they can share more quality content that can be accessed by their followers.
Founders will be able to set a monthly fee to make their profile accessible, so it can also be a good revenue source for them.
