▪️Strong project and event management skills with acute attention to detail. Talent for creating an action plan and budget for event that work.
▪️ Full proficiency in verbal and written English (native level) — the primary language of our internal and external communications.

▪️ Advanced presentation design skills, proficient in Notion, Google Sheets, Miro, and Figma for creating compelling and visually appealing narratives.
▪️Experience in utilizing ChatGPT and other AI tools daily for enhanced productivity and decision-making.
▪️ Organization of online and offline experiences: assist a Head of Community with thorough event project planning, creating budget and potential venues list, hiring and managing vendors, leading the contract process, technical planning, creating content and merch, proper event follow-up.
▪️Creating systematic approach to all community processes, knowledge bases and activities: onboarding, offboarding, community and fund knowledge bases, partner and community driven events, exit celebrations, holidays and birthdays congratulations.
▪️Content Creation: presentations, newsletters, blog posts, merchandise and other community and fund materials.
▪️Community management: assist a Head of Community with preparing necessary communications and other matters.
