I hereby agree to provide my/our personal information, including personal information of personnel, voters, candidates and other persons related to our Organization, to Systellence CC, the creator of VotingCrowd, on the express understanding that:
1. This constitutes our consent, as required under Section 11(1)(a) of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI”).
2. Systellence CC and their staff will have access to our personal information,
including personal information of personnel, voters, candidates and other persons related to our institution,
which we/or persons acting on our behalf have furnished them for the purposes of Electronic Elections, and matters ancillary thereto.
3. The personal information provided will only be used for the purposes of Electronic Elections. This will include Photos, Names, Surnames, Mobile Numbers, Email Addresses and ID Numbers. Systellence CC will store this information permanently for audit or reference purposes. This information will not be shared for marketing or any other purpose than the Election or Elections conducted as well as the results of the Election.
4. I the undersigned, assures Systellence CC that our Organization has the necessary agreement or agreements in place with all persons involved as mentioned in this Consent to share their personal information as stated.
5. I hereby exempt Systellence CC of any possible damages claimed should the necessary agreement or agreements not be in place with all persons involved as mentioned in this Consent to share their personal information as stated due to my/our own fault
