We are looking for a skilled and experienced to supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in site execution, labor management, and understanding of drawings and specifications.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor work progress and report daily to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently on-site.
Maintain site discipline and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
Ensure health and safety practices are followed by all workers.
Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
