The client acquires no commercial rights; they may not sell the image in any way, shape, or form, nor use it for promotional purposes or to generate profit.
A commercial contract that grants the client non-exclusive use of the artwork for promotional purposes only. This includes freebies, posts on social media, websites, and other online platforms to promote their product. This licence explicitly prohibits any use of the artwork that directly generates revenue.
A commercial contract that grants you, the client, non-exclusive rights to use. It essentially means that you don’t own the sole rights to reproduce the image – I may sell it as I wish as well. Client acquires commercial rights to use the image as part of their brand, promote a product or generate revenue in any form.

Do You Have a Deadline?

Note: The process can normally take from 4 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on the commission's complexity and the artist's availability. If more time is needed, the commissioner will be notified in advance.
Urgent commissions may have an additional fee of 50%-100% if the artist has to adapt her work schedule to complete it on time.
