YBB Mentorship Program - Open Recruitment Mentor Registration Form (Jan 25')

Thank you for your interest in signing up as a mentor for our Mentorship Program.

Youth Beyond Boundaries (YBB) is excited to announce two upcoming Career Development Program cohorts in February 2025 and June 2025 which we collaborate with FutureLab, an online mentoring platform. The career development program lasts for around two and a half months.

As a mentor, you will be paired with up to 2 mentees to complete 3 mentorship modules within the 2.5 month timeframe. Sessions are flexible, you and your mentees can schedule meetings at your convenience, as long as all modules are completed on time.

We strongly believe that mentorship is a two-way communication process where both the mentor and mentee can grow together. Several key benefits of being a mentor include developing leadership skills, enhancing professional network, reinforcing knowledge and gain fresh perspectives, providing self-reflection, and last but not least, giving back to the community!
