We invite local businesses, artisans, and vendors to join our Mistletoe Market, one of five interactive holiday zones.

Before you apply, here’s what you should know:

Family-friendly only: No alcohol-only, adult-themed, or political vendors.

Set-up time: Friday from Noon - 7 p.m. or Saturday from 7:00 a.m.– 9:30 a.m. Vendors need to be fully set-up by 9:30 a.m. and stay until 3:00 p.m.

Bring your own: Table, materials, games, etc. You’re welcome to offer giveaways or swag! You may sell goods and services.

Permits & insurance: All vendors are responsible for securing what’s needed (especially food vendors). COI is required to participate as a vendor.

Conduct counts: Friendly, professional, and positive energy required.

Support promotion: You’ll get flyers and graphics to help us spread the word via email, social posts and shares, and flyers at your business's physical location. Event Logistics & Details: Emails with event logistics, parking, load-in and load-out, etc., will be sent the week of the event.
