§1 · Who we are: One one-time project: the package I order. No retainers or maintenance.

§2 · Async only: All communication is by email and recorded video. No calls, ever.

§3 · Timeline: My clock starts when you confirm in writing that my complete intake form was received, after my deposit clears.

§3b · Pauses: Time waiting on me doesn't count, and pauses never trigger the deposit-back exception.

§4 · Payment: 50% deposit now, 50% on delivery, in USD by PayPal invoice (card or PayPal). No refunds, ever, except my deposit back if you miss the deadline for a delay I didn't cause.

§5 · Scope: I get exactly what my package lists. Anything else is declined, not quoted.

§6 · Revisions: A round is one combined list of in-scope changes within 7 days of delivery; unused rounds expire.

§7 · Previews & handover: I review on a watermarked preview link; nothing is published or handed over until I've paid in full.

§8 · Acceptance: Delivery = preview link sent. Approving, using it publicly, or no reply within 7 days counts as acceptance.

§9 · Overwhelmed setups: (Overwhelmed packages) Domain (year 1 up to $20 included), hosting, email and payment accounts are mine, in my name, and I pay renewals. I verify my own payment accounts.

§10 · Ownership: I own the final copy and design once paid in full; you may show it in your portfolio unless I opt out.

§11 · My responsibilities: I supply accurate content and access, have rights to it, and am responsible for my claims and legal compliance.

§12 · No guarantee: You don't guarantee sales, leads, rankings or conversions. The only guarantee is timing.

§13 · Late intake: If I don't send intake, content, access or replies for 14+ days, you close the project and keep my deposit.

§14 · Chargebacks: I'll email you first; if I file a chargeback, you'll send the provider this agreement and delivery records.

§15 · Liability: Your total liability is capped at the fees I paid; no indirect losses.

§16 · Governing law: Philippine law applies; this page plus my order and intake is the whole agreement.
