PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT & SLIDING SCALE AGREEMENT

Purpose

Thank you for choosing to work with Dr. Flow.

My mission is to make coaching, mentoring, artistic development, performance training, recovery support, educational opportunities, and personal growth services accessible to people from a variety of financial circumstances. To support this mission, some participants may be offered sliding-scale pricing, scholarships, sponsorships, payment plans, reduced-fee services, service exchanges, pay-what-you-can opportunities, or other financial accommodations.

By participating in services, programs, events, communities, memberships, coaching, consulting, classes, workshops, trainings, support groups, or educational offerings, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Good Faith Participation

All payment arrangements are based on honesty, transparency, mutual respect, and good-faith participation.

Participants agree to contribute financially to the extent they are reasonably able and understand that reduced pricing and financial accommodations are offered as an act of accessibility and community support rather than entitlement.

2. Ongoing Payment Conversations

Because many services are offered on a sliding-scale basis, Dr. Flow reserves the right to periodically discuss financial contributions with participants.

These conversations may occur:

Before services begin, during individual sessions, at the conclusion of sessions, during group meetings, during workshops, classes, trainings, and support gatherings, through email, text message, newsletters, websites, social media, livestreams, or community announcements, through invitations to enroll in programs, memberships, subscriptions, sponsorship opportunities, scholarships, fundraising efforts, coaching packages, educational programs, or premium services

Participants understand that reminders regarding available payment options, memberships, tuition, coaching packages, subscriptions, donations, sponsorships, and financial support opportunities are a normal part of operating community-based services.

3. No Guaranteed Scholarship or Reduced Rate Status

Sliding-scale rates, scholarships, sponsorships, discounts, payment plans, and financial accommodations may be reviewed, modified, renewed, declined, or discontinued at any time.

Receiving a reduced rate today does not guarantee the same rate indefinitely.

Future participation may require reassessment of financial circumstances and available resources.

4. Financial Check-Ins

Participants acknowledge that they may periodically be asked:

Whether their financial circumstances have changed, whether they can contribute at a higher level, whether they would like to upgrade services, whether they wish to support scholarship opportunities for others, whether they would like to transition to standard-rate services, or whether they wish to participate in sponsorship, donor, or membership opportunities

These conversations are intended to support both participant success and the long-term sustainability of community programs.

5. Missed Payments

Participants agree to communicate promptly regarding missed, delayed, or modified payments.

Failure to communicate regarding payment obligations may result in:

Suspension of services, cancellation of appointments, loss of reserved coaching or consulting times. Removal from memberships, programs, groups, or communities, Ineligibility for future payment plans or financial accommodations

Whenever possible, participants are encouraged to communicate financial hardships before payment issues arise.

6. No Refund Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments, donations, memberships, subscriptions, tuition, coaching fees, consulting fees, event fees, educational fees, and program fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of Dr. Flow.

7. Respectful Communication

Financial conversations will be conducted respectfully and professionally.

Participants are encouraged to communicate honestly regarding financial hardship, changes in employment, unexpected emergencies, or circumstances affecting their ability to contribute financially.

8. Sustainability of Services

Participants acknowledge that the continuation of community programs, recovery support spaces, coaching services, educational opportunities, artistic development programs, scholarships, memberships, free resources, livestreams, support groups, and community initiatives depends upon financial support from participants, donors, sponsors, and supporters.

Periodic requests for financial support help ensure that services remain available and sustainable.

9. Voluntary Participation

Participation in services is voluntary.

Participants may discontinue participation at any time, subject to any previously agreed-upon payment obligations, installment plans, subscriptions, or outstanding balances.

10. Public Invitations to Support Programs

Participants understand that general invitations to donate, enroll, upgrade, sponsor, contribute, purchase services, join memberships, support scholarship funds, or otherwise financially support programs may be made publicly during meetings, classes, workshops, livestreams, support groups, coaching sessions, community gatherings, websites, newsletters, emails, text messages, social media posts, podcasts, videos, and other communications.

These invitations are directed to the community as a whole and are not intended to pressure, embarrass, single out, or target any specific participant.

Participants acknowledge that such announcements are a normal part of sustaining community-based programs and helping ensure that services remain available to those who need them.

Choosing not to contribute financially beyond an existing agreement will not affect a participant's dignity, worth, or the respect with which they are treated. However, continued access to certain services, memberships, coaching packages, educational programs, classes, workshops, premium offerings, or specialized opportunities may depend upon meeting applicable payment obligations.

By participating in services, participants acknowledge that periodic public and private conversations regarding donations, sponsorships, scholarships, memberships, tuition, subscriptions, payment plans, fundraising efforts, and program sustainability are an expected part of the operation of Love In Action Network, Love City Arts Academy, Love City Records, and services provided by Dr. Flow.

Participant Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Payment

Arrangement & Sliding Scale Agreement.

I understand that financial conversations, fundraising efforts, sponsorship opportunities, payment reminders, membership invitations, tuition discussions, and program support requests may occur periodically as part of the normal operation of these services.

I understand that any reduced-rate services, scholarships, sponsorships, discounts, or payment accommodations are offered at the discretion of Dr. Flow and may be reviewed or modified in the future.
