Non-Profits and Community Groups are invited to join us for a community-focused event celebrating creativity, sustainability, and local businesses.

Non-profits, community organizations, and youth organizations do not have to pay the $25 booth registration fee. Click here if your organization qualifies for a fee waiver.
Please provide a brief description of what your booth will be offering.
Electrical outlets will be extremely limited. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but outlets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree that participation in ESM PTA events is voluntary. I assume all responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to my property, materials, or persons associated with my participation. I agree to hold harmless the Environmental Sciences Magnet School PTA (ESM PTA), its officers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liability, or damages arising from participation in any event. I understand that: ESM PTA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items I am responsible for the safety and operation of my booth or activity ESM PTA reserves the right to remove or decline any vendor or participant that does not align with the event’s family-friendly environment.
