We are building the first published rate benchmark for South African theatre workers. If you know your rate, tell us. If you don't, tell us that, it is equally useful. There are no wrong answers.
This is foundational, exploratory research. It is not a verified or standardised dataset, responses are completely anonymous and there is no way for us to verify any answer. We are using this as a starting point while we continue further research with other industry bodies. All responses are confidential and used only to build the Guild's rate research and, in time, a published rate card that benefits everyone in this industry.
