Actor's Engagement Agreement

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read and agree to the RMA Talent Exclusive Casting Agency Agreement.

I understand that RMA Talent will act as my exclusive casting agency for a period of two (2) years and may promote me, package my professional profile, submit my materials for suitable casting and industry opportunities, and share my professional information with producers, directors, production companies and other industry partners for the purposes of casting and production engagements.

I agree not to bypass RMA for any opportunity introduced or facilitated by RMA. Where I independently secure an engagement and the Producer does not engage RMA directly, I agree to pay RMA's Engagement Coordination Fee as set out in the Agreement.

I consent to RMA collecting, storing, processing and sharing my professional information and materials for the purposes described above. I understand that RMA will process my information in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023, and may share my materials with recipients outside Nigeria where necessary for legitimate casting purposes, taking appropriate steps to safeguard my data. I understand that I may withdraw my consent or request access, correction or deletion of my personal data by contacting ronyamanartsoffice@gmail.com, subject to RMA's legal and contractual obligations. Unless I request earlier deletion, RMA may retain my profile for up to twenty-four (24) months after my last profile update.
