60-Minute Dog Guidance Call Intake

Hi! I’m excited to chat with you!
Please fill out this intake form before booking your 60-minute call so I can review your situation ahead of time and make the most of our time together.
A 60-minute call is best for more detailed situations, multiple questions, deeper breed or breeder research discussions, puppy preparation, training direction, or dog ownership decisions that may need more context and conversation.
Calls take place through Google Meet. You do not have to turn your camera on, and you can treat it like a regular phone call if you prefer. You also do not need a Gmail or Google account to join. At your scheduled time, you’ll click the Google Meet link from your booking confirmation.
After submitting this form, you will be directed to book your call time and complete payment.
$100 per 60 minute session
