I understand that AARA can only review evidence it can safely access, download, verify, and process. I understand that inaccessible, expired, locked, unsupported, overly long, incomplete, compressed, screen-recorded, edited, or low-quality files may limit or prevent review. I understand that audio/video files over 5 minutes or over 500 MB are not accepted for review and must be shortened before submission. Paste a private file-sharing link for the audio/video, interview, testimony, recorded statement, presentation, or other evidence you want reviewed. Accepted examples: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, WeTransfer, or Box. Audio/video files must be 5 minutes or less and 500 MB or less for automated review. Files over the limit are not processed. Submit a shorter exported file containing the section you want reviewed. AARA reviews the file as submitted. Your REAL Seal™ Team Key is connected to your All Around REAL order or report record. If you purchase a physical REAL Seal™ NFC marker, it may be issued as a black wallet-sized card, sticker, tag, insert, sleeve, badge, or similar physical token, depending on availability.

If supplied as a sticker, place it on a movable carrier such as a plastic card, blank card, document sleeve, folder, package insert, badge, case, or authenticity card. Keep it with the related item or record.

Do not place the marker directly on delicate items, legal originals, collectibles, phones, computers, or metal surfaces unless the marker is specifically designed for that surface.

Physical REAL Seal™ markers are currently available for U.S. shipping only and may take 5–7 business days to program and mail.
