Registration and Payment Agreement

By submitting payment, I understand and agree that all registration fees are final and non-refundable. Registration payments are used immediately to purchase customized jerseys, uniforms, awards, equipment, and other player-specific items, and to help cover field costs, officials, administrative expenses, and general league operating costs.

No refunds or credits will be issued because of player withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, missed games, injury, relocation, team assignment, disciplinary action, suspension, removal from the league, weather-related changes, or other circumstances outside the league’s control.

Game dates, times, locations, team assignments, coaches, schedules, and league formats may be adjusted when necessary. Such changes do not qualify a participant for a refund.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information, following all league rules and codes of conduct, and completing any required liability waivers before participating.

By completing this payment, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and accepted these registration and refund terms.

I understand that registration fees are non-refundable and authorize New England Flag Football to use my payment toward customized player equipment and league operating expenses.
