Saner.AI is an AI workspace and personal assistant that brings notes, tasks, calendar, and documents into one simple chat and turns them into action. We're starting with people with ADHD, designing out the setup, upkeep, and constant checking that make productivity tools hard to use. Our goal: help 1 billion knowledge workers focus on their work, not on managing it.

Saner.AI was founded in March 2024 and is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are backed by Techstars, one of the largest pre-seed investors in the world, and were the only company from Vietnam accepted into the Techstars Tokyo Accelerator Program 2024 - out of applicants from 79 countries and regions, with an acceptance rate of just 1–2%.

Role Description

We're looking for someone who notices what others miss, keeps things organized, and loves using AI to work smarter. You'll work closely with the founders and team to turn ideas into clear requirements, test features, improve user experiences, and keep product work moving. This is a hands-on role: you'll help build and refine the product, not just track its progress. Interns who do well are invited to apply for a full-time role.

What you'll do

Work closely with the CEO and team: Join product planning, execution, and weekly reviews. Keep the follow-through tight so nothing slips.

Understand users: Talk to users, read support tickets and reviews. Learn why they adopt a tool - or drop it in seconds - and propose fixes and features.

Write specs and docs: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes.

Test everything: Test every feature before it ships. Write test cases, hunt bugs and edge cases, verify fixes. This is where your eye for detail becomes our superpower.

Review UI/UX: Audit the app for inconsistencies and friction. Propose improvements in Figma.

Track what happens: Follow activation, usage, and retention after launch. Turn the numbers into what we do next.

Use AI for all of the above: Draft specs, generate test cases, summarize feedback, automate the repetitive parts.

Who you are

Detail-obsessed - and still ships. Perfectionist by nature. Small errors bother you, so you fix them and check them twice. But you know when good enough is good enough for today.

Organized. You manage your own tasks and time without being chased. Deadlines don't surprise you.

AI-native. You already use AI daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to get more done, and you're curious what else it can automate.

Comfortable with data and systems. Basic analysis in Sheets, can follow how the pieces of an app fit together, and back opinions with evidence. No coding required.

Clear and proactive. Good written and spoken English. Self-learning, comfortable with ambiguity, happy in a fast-moving startup.

Requirements

- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.

- Power user of AI SaaS products.

- Basic Figma and a task tool (Notion, Linear, Jira, or similar).

- Good English - our users and docs are in English.

Nice to have

- Have used Saner.AI or other productivity tools - and have opinions about them.

- Prior internship in product, QA, or operations.

- No-code automation (Zapier, n8n, Make) or SQL.

- Interest in ADHD, neurodiversity, or the science of focus and memory.
