Created by Dr Mike Deninger, Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) is a brief trauma therapy that stands out for its safety and efficacy (1-3 sessions), as well as its unique content-free approach (no need to repeatedly relive painful past memories in order to heal).
Curious to know what MEMI is about and what it looks like in action?
Here's your invitation to join Yi Shan Tan, MEMI certified practitioner & Chair of the upcoming MEMI Conference International Asia 2026 for an insightful evening with a LIVE demo and introduction into the neuroscience that makes this cutting-edge modality possible!
Whether you're a growth-seeker, counselling student, counsellor, psychotherapist or coach, all are welcome to register and learn more.
Know any friends who might be keen? Share this link with them or screenshot the QR code above. We'll love to see you there! (Yes, there'll be snacks!)

Your facilitator: Yi Shan is a Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and a neuroscience-based couple therapist who specialises in helping clients heal from relational trauma and attachment wounds. Through the strategic use of MEMI, she helps her clients to gently release painful memories keeping them stuck in their "trauma self"—so that they can finally self-regulate, make new aligned choices and rediscover strength through wholeness. Yi Shan has held trainings at SAC, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and CapitaLand, bringing her expertise in trauma-informed relationship work to both clinical and corporate settings.
