Send photos or scans of your paper HACCP records. We will transcribe them into your Lemon account and mark them as transcribed from paper, with the date they were entered.
If possible, keep the originals just in case.
Optional - relevant if you have multiple locations in the app
Photograph every page in good light, flat, one page per photo. Include the fridge or unit name and the date. Photos over 10 MB can be emailed to hi@getlemon.app with your account email, location name and dates covered.
