Hiring a social media intern who loves storytelling & wants experience in a fast-growing AI company 👇

This is a 3 month internship minimum (preferably 6) where you get to work in a fast-growing AI startup, with a founder who's previously exited a startup and built a new company to +350,000 USD revenue in the last six months.

You’ll help us with video content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

What you'll get
- Hands-on experience inside a fast-growing AI company — learning how modern content teams actually operate.
- Training in short-form storytelling — hooks, pacing, retention, narrative structure.
- Real exposure to AI tools — Descript, CapCut, AI voice tools, image tools, script tools, and workflows that make editing 10x faster.
- Direct mentorship — you’ll work with me on strategy, angles, and experimentation.
- Understanding of what makes content go viral — you’ll learn how to analyze performance, iterate, and improve results.
- A chance to turn this into a full-time paid role if you perform well.

What you’ll do

- Edit & create IG Reels and YouTube Shorts

- Repurpose long YouTube videos into short, punchy formats

- Come up with weird, creative short-form ideas

- Help maintain a content calendar across platforms

- Learn how AI tools fit into modern editing workflows

Ideally

- You’re a student who needs school cred

- You’re in Barcelona

But if you’re exceptional, remote is possible!

You’ll receive school credit + a small monthly stipend
