Parade Details: Check-In: 4:00 PM at the Iola Register (you will receive your entry number corresponding to your description) Line-Up/ Route: Parade will start at Iola Register and go north on Washington to Jackson, then south on Jefferson. Rules and Regulations:
Check-In: 4:00 PM All entries must have lights. Candy: You may throw candy, but it is preferred that walkers distribute it for safety. Accurate contact information (email and phone) is required for correspondence and updates. Parade route: Begins at the Iola Register, travel north on Washington to Jackson, and south on Jefferson. First, Second, and Third place prizes will be awarded Entry Deadline: Monday, December 1, 2025 (end of business day) Submission Options: Deliver to 10 W. Release of Claims:

In consideration of participation in the Hometown Christmas Story Parade, I/we hereby release and hold harmless the Iola Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, the  City of Iola, their employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the event. I/we accept full responsibility for our entry and participants and agree to comply with all parade rules and instructions.
