We're recruiting for a late-stage AI startup ($100M+ ARR, top-tier VC backed) that's launching a new AI accounting product line and hiring a founding team member in Toronto. The team operates as a startup within the startup, with founder-level ownership and direct C-suite involvement from day one. You'll partner with Controllers and CFOs at high-growth companies, own end-to-end implementations, and shape the product alongside engineering and leadership.

Ideal background: CPA + tech implementation experience (ideally finance transformation). Also open to CPAs who've moved from Big 4 audit into investment banking, consulting, or an early-stage operator role.
