We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate registered dietitian to support our FODZYME® customers. This is a unique opportunity to join a fully remote, global team and work at the intersection of biotechnology, e-commerce, and nutritional health.
What You'll Do: As part of our customer service team, you'll play a key role in helping customers find success with FODZYME®. Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a busy schedule of customer support calls (20min each, 10+ per day)
- Collaborating internally to improve FODZYME® onboarding resources and communication
- Providing feedback to team that supports alignment between field insights and company strategy
Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this remote role is $70,000-$80,000/yr and benefits include a 401(k), health insurance, an education stipend and flexible vacation.
