1st Feb – 5th Feb | 7:00 AM | Online (Google Meet) | Free
I am Anjali Mahalke, a psychologist with over 10 years of experience and a meditator for more than 15 years. I attend meditation retreats several times a year, and this is my invitation to the people around me to share the sense of peace and steadiness I have built over the last decade, something that has supported me deeply, both personally and professionally.
Starting 1st February, I will be hosting a 5-day Five Elements mindfulness challenge, with guided meditations every morning for 25 minutes at 7:00 AM, from 1st to 5th February, on Google Meet.
In yogic and Ayurvedic traditions, the body and mind are understood to be made up of five elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. When these elements are in balance, we naturally feel calm, clear, emotionally steady, and physically at ease. Over these five days, we will gently connect with each element through meditation to restore this inner harmony and sense of wholeness.
People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to join. To keep the space inclusive and accessible, the sessions will be conducted in English.
This is a free program with limited seats, and I kindly request you to sign up only if you are committed to make space for these mornings and attend all sessions.
Note: These sessions are meant to support general wellbeing and everyday mental balance. They are not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
I look forward to sitting together and beginning our mornings with a little more calm and presence.
