VENDOR AGREEMENT

By signing below, the vendor agrees to participate in Paws at Grace Ridge on August 29th 2026


Due to the terrain of the event grounds, all food trucks must be 4WD (four-wheel drive) to ensure safe entry and exit from the site.


Vendors will be provided a 10x10 outdoor booth space and must bring their own tables, tents, and setup materials. All vendors must be fully set up before the event begins and remain set up until the event ends unless approved by the event organizer.


This event family-friendly We ask that all booth displays, merchandise, and signage remain appropriate for all ages. Items or themes that are gory, scary, vulgar, or otherwise offensive are strictly prohibited

A $10 vendor fee is required and must be paid in person or through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp at least 24 hours before the event to secure your spot. (All rescue organizations get in free) All vendor fees go towards The View at Grace Ridge to help support our ministry and the future of this property.

This is an outdoor event, and vendors are responsible for preparing for weather conditions and securing their equipment. Vendors are also responsible for keeping their space clean and removing all trash at the end of the event.

The event host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, injuries, or accidents during the event.


By signing, the vendor agrees to follow event rules and participate at their own risk.

we are completely full on Everything (including dog treats) and are now mainly accepting dog themed vendors only. (Some exceptions may be made please message 423-435-6935 for any questions)
