Location: Remote, Pakistan-based. (Optional Lahore office.)

Hours: Flexible, with real-time availability required during working windows.


We are hiring an Editor who properly understands AI-driven workflows, not just basic editing.


This role covers both short-form and long-form content. The primary focus is high-volume short-form vertical content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, along with structured long-form edits for campaigns, brand films, and digital content.


You will receive scripts and creative direction. Your responsibility is to execute polished edits using footage, stock, motion graphics, and advanced AI-generated assets. We expect hands-on use of AI tools for character creation, voice syncing, visual generation, enhancement, and workflow optimization.


Speed, responsiveness, and consistency are critical.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-volume short-form vertical videos with strong pacing, transitions, captions, and graphics

• Edit long-form horizontal videos for campaigns and branded content

• Create professional, high-performing thumbnails

• Actively use AI tools for video generation, voice syncing, enhancement, and asset creation

• Combine shot footage, stock material, and AI-generated visuals seamlessly

• Maintain quick turnaround times with real-time communication during active projects

• Deliver consistent quality across fast production cycles

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of editing experience with a strong short-form portfolio

• Demonstrated long-form editing capability

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools

• Proven hands-on experience with AI video tools and AI-assisted workflows

• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and current short-form trends

• Ability to handle volume without compromising polish

• Reliable internet and availability during agreed working hours

Compensation

130,000 PKR per month.
