50/50 is a series Jem Erith produces for her.arca, bringing together a very curated table of people: 50% from one generation and 50% from another.

The goal is to have honest, intergenerational conversation, full of fun advice, and deeper connections. Jem is looking for ambitious women who want to broaden their knowledge, open up to strangers, share life-stories, and enjoy delicious food!
