此表單為提供給 在學/學員身份 進行課後練習預約。
This form is for active/enrolled students to book after-class practice.
1️⃣ 第一步：填寫預約表。
Step 1: Fill out the booking form.
2️⃣ 第二步：聯繫官方客服：「您好，我是ＸＸＸ，我有申請預約練習」。
Step 2: Contact official support: "Hello, I am [Name], I have applied for a practice booking."
3️⃣ 第三步：等候官方協助確認完成預約。
Step 3: Wait for official confirmation to complete the booking.
Studio A | 單人班進階教室 (Solo Advanced Class Studio)
Studio B | 會議空間 (Meeting Space)
Studio C | 舞蹈空間 (Dance Studio)
Studio D | 單人/團體班初階教室 (Solo/Group Beginner Class Studio)
Studio E | 編曲空間/工作空間 (Music Production/Workspace)
Studio F | 團體班進階教室 (Group Advanced Class Studio)
👥 在學身份者 提供「課後練習」額度：啟程課程贈送2次練習次數；初階課程贈送8次練習次數。
👥 Active Students are provided with "After-class Practice" credits: 2 credits for "Departure Course", 8 credits for "Beginner Course".
👥 學員身份者 提供「學員方案」額度：12堂課贈送24次練習次數；24堂課贈送48次練習次數。
👥 Enrolled Students are provided with "Student Plan" credits: 24 credits for 12 classes, 48 credits for 24 classes.
🏫 使用教室空間練習皆不限時長，請多加利用。
🏫 Practice sessions in classrooms have no time limit, please feel free to use them.
Studio A | 單人空間使用 $400/60分鐘/單一機台 (Single studio use $400/60min/single unit)
Studio B~F | 團體空間使用 $600/90分鐘/單一機台 (Group studio use $600/90min/single unit)
場館內禁止飲食。
No food or drinks inside the venue.
使用完畢請將設備／空間復歸至原狀。
Please return equipment/space to its original state after use.
