Welcome to the Performance Preparedness Track

This track within the Adopt A Black Artist program is designed for artists who are ready to move from development into execution, refinement, and performance readiness.

This is not a beginner space.

This is for artists who:
• Are actively preparing for stage, auditions, showcases, or live performance
• Are ready to be coached, challenged, and held accountable
• Are committed to consistent rehearsal, feedback, and growth
• Are serious about presenting their work at a professional or semi-professional level

Participants in this track will receive structured guidance in:
• Vocal and performance refinement
• Stage presence and confidence
• Repertoire and set development
• Artistic identity and delivery
• Performance opportunities (when aligned and available)

Expectation:
This track requires discipline, responsiveness, and follow-through. Artists who do not engage consistently may be redirected to a different track within the program.
