A steadying ritual. Something that grounds me.

What’s your ideal way to stay motivated?


Moving. Dancing, power walk, workout. Bass in my body,

Working on something. Practicing and learning. Making progress.

A live show, a dinner party with a killer playlist, jamming with a group.

Nothing demanding of me. Everything slower, quiet, predictable. 

Something slow, layered, emotional - a soundtrack for thinking and feeling.

How do you usually approach change?


My musical taste is not accidental. I learn about the artists I like and I explore the corners of my favourite genres. I'm always expanding my listening library.

I'm always the one making the playlist or pulling people onto the dancefloor.

I know intuitively exactly which songs and artists can change my entire mood.

 A handful of albums I return to like old friends - nobody else quite gets them.

I'm highly particular about the sound environment I'm in. Volume, timbre, tempo, background noise. It has to be just right.

What makes you feel most successful in your wellness journey?


A real method. A teacher. Measurable progress.

Playing with others — an ensemble, a band, a group.

Jamming, freestyling, high-energy practice that keeps it alive.

Low-pressure, consistent practice that fits into a steady rhythm.

 The emotional process — writing, interpreting, sitting with it.

Question 6: When you think about learning or deepening your music, what appeals most?


I'm not giving it the space or seriousness it actually deserves in me.

I want music in my life, but it has to work with me, not against me.

I don't have the people or context to make music with.

I know music moves me — I just haven't found the outlet that fits.

I want to make real progress, not just dabble. I feel behind.
