

Community & Wellness Collective | Spring 2026 Internship Application



Program Coordinator (Hybrid): Support the planning, coordination, and facilitation of Community & Wellness Collective programs, including workshops and the Pathways in Wellness cohort. Assist with scheduling, session preparation, participant communication, and occasional in-person or virtual facilitation. Play an integral role in maintaining program flow, documentation, and overall program experience. (Hybrid positions are more remote than in person but in person support may be required) Estimated commitment: 6–8 hours per week 

Community Outreach & Partnerships (hybrid): Support outreach and partnership-building efforts with schools, universities, community organizations, and potential collaborators. Assist with initiating contact, tracking follow-ups, and supporting partnerships related to workshops, cohort programming, and community impact projects. Help strengthen relationships that expand access to mental wellness education and career pathways. (Hybrid positions are more remote than in person but in person support may be required)                                                                                   Estimated commitment: 5–7 hours per week

Social Media & Marketing Intern (Remote): Develop and schedule digital content that aligns with the organization’s mission, including wellness-focused posts, event flyers, graphics, and campaign materials. Support brand consistency, audience engagement, and promotion of programs, events, and opportunities across social media platforms.        Estimated commitment: 4–6 hours per week

Website & Digital Experience (Remote): Support updates, restructuring, and improvements to the organization’s website to enhance clarity, accessibility, and overall user experience. Assist with organizing content, improving navigation, and keeping program, internship, and event information current.                              Estimated commitment: 3-5 hours per week

C&WC Volunteer (hybrid/remote): Support the organization’s mission by assisting with events, outreach, and day-to-day operations as needed. Volunteers may help with setup, hospitality, resource distribution, or community engagement. This role is flexible and ideal for individuals who want to contribute their time and energy to healing-centered work without committing to a specific program area.
