Setter Questions

This is an independent contractor role, not an employee position. There are no set hours, shifts, or assigned working times. You choose your own schedule, manage your own workflow, and operate independently without supervision or daily check‑ins. This role is best suited for people who are consistently self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to produce reliable results over the long term without supervision, reminders, or external structure. If you need structure, fixed hours, or someone telling you what to do each day, this will not be a good fit. Are you comfortable working this way?

This is an independent contractor role with no guaranteed leads. You are expected to find your own leads and use them to set appointments from day one, using your own methods, after reviewing our Setter Process. Are you still interested under those conditions?

This role focuses on making outbound calls to leads and turning those conversations into booked appointments. You’ll be working independently, using your own approach and workflow to generate consistent results.
