Clinical Supervision Interest Form

Thank you for considering supervision with me! This form helps me get a sense of who you are as a developing clinician and whether our approaches feel aligned. I supervise from a collaborative, relational, and systems-oriented stance, with anti-oppressive practice and neurodiversity-affirming care at the center of how I work. Supervision with me also makes room for the practical work of building a sustainable practice as you move toward full licensure.
