Tok Step Agency is looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven Creator Partnership Coordinator to build and manage our creator network on TikTok Shop.

This role is not just about outreach. It’s about building systems, nurturing relationships, spotting performance patterns, and consistently generating sales-driving content through the right creators.

You will act as the bridge between our brand and affiliate creators — ensuring the right partners are recruited, onboarded, supported, and motivated to post high-quality content consistently.

Role Overview

The Creator Partnership Coordinator is responsible for:

Recruiting and onboarding affiliate creators

Managing daily creator communication

Tracking and reporting pipeline performance

Optimising outreach and commission strategies

Collaborating closely with internal teams

The ultimate objective:Build a structured, scalable creator pipeline that drives consistent GMV through high-performing content.

Core Responsibilities1) Creator Recruitment

Identify and reach out to potential creators through TikTok Affiliate Centre, open collaborations, and direct outreach

Approve and onboard creators who request samples

Test different outreach templates and communication flows to maximise response rates This role requires experimentation. Outreach messaging should continuously improve based on data.

2) Relationship Management

Communicate daily with creators via DMs

Answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure creators feel supported

Build long-term relationships by encouraging repeat content and offering incentives

Creators should feel guided, valued, and motivated to continue working with us.

3) Pipeline Tracking & Reporting

Maintain up-to-date trackers for outreach, approvals, samples shipped, and content posted

Collect ad codes from creators for use in campaigns

Report weekly on creator funnel performance (Outreach → Approvals → Content → GMV Impact)

We operate on performance data. Your tracking and reporting will directly influence scaling decisions.

4) Performance Optimisation

Monitor which creators and content angles perform best

Funnel top-performing creators into community or paid collaborations

Suggest improvements in commission rates, incentives, or messaging

 This is not just coordination — it’s optimisation.

5) Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Project Managers to align on campaign goals

Coordinate with Community Managers to move creators into Discord for long-term nurturing

Share winning creators and content angles with Paid Creator and Ads teams

 Internal alignment is critical to campaign success.
