The public should not merely receive scraps after the fact while civilization-scale value and power is concentrated into the hands of a tiny number of companies and shareholders.

Humanity deserves to own, benefit from, and govern the systems being built from our collective intelligence.

At least 50% of the profits and ownership in leading AI companies should belong to people.

We call for the creation of democratic frameworks, public-benefit structures, and citizen oversight systems that ensure artificial intelligence serves humanity broadly.

We believe:
