The Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer position, mainly focuses on developing web based AI and LLM based challenging projects from start to finish, making architectural decisions and being part of a growing and aspiring team.

Role & Responsibilities

- You will be working alone or with other developers to set up the architecture and develop exciting web-based projects from start to finish.

- Building full-stack web applications using Next.js and/or Nest.js

- Building REST or GraphQL APIs

- You will be implementing RAG pipelines (vector store selection, chunking strategies, hybrid retrieval, evaluation) and other agentic flows. (LangChain/LangGraph) - Packaging, containerising (Docker) and automating CI/CD deployments. - Translating client goals into clear technical estimations and MVP milestones.

- Optimizing the performance of existing implementations

- Communicating progress to the clients when necessary - Hitting timelines across the project.

Skills & Experience

You have 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer: You Are not just a “tell me and I’ll blindly do it” person. You can read behind the clients’ words and you like to research and suggest viable options and solutions.

• Have at least 2 years experience in developing RAG projects with LangChain/LangGraph and Vector databases. • Have at least 3 years experience working with React.js, Node.js and/or Next.js/Nest.JS. • Have at least 4 years of experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases. • Have developed at least 2 production REST APIs and have excellent knowledge of the HTTP protocol. • Have a good grasp of software engineering and API design principles. • Like to keep up-to-date with your craft. • Have expert knowledge of git, git branching, and the PR procedure. • Love complex problems. • Are a fan of coding best practices, reusable and maintainable code. • Love attention to detail. • Have a burning desire to learn and evolve your skills. • You are a fluent English speaker. • Have excellent communication skills and working "ethos".

Nice to Have

• Use vibe coding in a structured way as an extension of your knowledge • Past experience in a software agency or working as a freelancer.
• Experience in hosting on AWS or similar and/or setting up horizontal-scaling architectures
• Experience with software management tools including but not limited to Asana, JIRA, Trello, etc.
