The Growth & Creative Associate will help drive creative direction and strategy for our high-performing ad creative across Meta and TikTok, and developing campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversion.
Creative: Assist in our creative production pipeline, ensuring we are reliably able produce great content.
Social and Content: Support the planning of content initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Strong interest in digitally native brands, ideally with prior experience in the industry.
Ability to learn new tools and comfortable with data analysis.
Clear, concise written communication and a good eye for design and aesthetics.
