Thank you for your interest in joining the RPD stream team. Please fill in the application and if you should have any questions, please reach out to Justin in the RPD discord. You can start and complete the form at any time. Make sure to hit the submit button or we will not receive it.
* This gives us permission to use your legal name on the website for stories, articles, etc. We will not use your legal name for the team page, that will be the name you choose in the next question.
* We may need to get a hold of you in the event that there is an issue with the stream (e.g. still live but forgot to end the stream when another streamer is up next.), and cannot reach you by any other methods. A text will be sent first before a phone call. This is a last resort option.
* We will only use this information internally to send you items from sponsors, merch drops, giveaways, etc.
* Sizes will likely be mens sizes, but in the event we can get women's, unisex, or other options like XB or XLT are available we will put that information out.
* 0 being not familiar and 10 being professional
* RPD streams, at a minimum, to Kick & Twitch. YouTube & Tiktok are available, but you must be selected for these.
