We collect personal data you provide directly to us through our onboarding workflow, scheduling platforms, or during our sessions. This information includes your name, email address, WhatsApp number, payment records, and professional background. All information shared within our 1-on-1 sessions is treated with strict, absolute, and unconditional confidentiality. If you grant explicit consent for session recordings, these video/audio materials and text transcripts are securely encrypted and used strictly for internal reflective development and supervisory quality control. We pledge that no session data or recordings will ever be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances without your prior written permission.
我們蒐集您在參與方案、商務洽談或免費體驗會時，直接提供給我們的資料，包括姓名、電郵、WhatsApp 號碼、付款記錄及專業背景。您在對話中所分享的所有資訊均受到嚴格、絕對且無條件的保密處理。若您明確同意進行對話錄音或錄影，該素材與聽寫文本純粹用於內部檢視與督導等專業質素控管用途。在未經您書面許可的任何情況下，絕不向公眾公開，亦絕不分享、交易或出租予任何第三方。

1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Boundaries | 條款接受與服務界線
By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You explicitly understand and agree that our career strategy frameworks and mindset coaching dialogues are developmental processes aimed at self-discovery, performance enhancement, and strategic clarity; they do NOT constitute psychological counseling, clinical therapy, or medical intervention. The client holds 100% ownership and final responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and life outcomes.

2. Strict 24-Hour Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy | 鋼鐵「24小時改期與取消政策」
To safeguard the professional energetic field and respect time assets, all scheduled sessions must follow a strict 24-hour rescheduling boundary:
為了全力守護對話的時間邊界與能量場，所有預約事件均強制執行 24 小時退改政策：
Advance Notice: Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be processed through the online booking system
at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time, with a mandatory reason provided.
如需改期，必須至少在對話

Late Cancellation & No-Show Penalty: Any rescheduling requests, cancellations, or unexcused absences
within the 24-hour window will result in the
automatic forfeiture of that session without refund. The session will be automatically deducted from your 6-session package limit.
若於對話
24 小時內 臨時改期、取消或無故缺席，後台將
自動視同放棄該節對話，且直接扣除 6 次總額度中的 1 次，不設任何補堂或退款。
3. Stripe Payment Hold & Authorization Verification | 金流延遲授權與認證核對
For global transactions via Stripe, the system blocks the credit card pre-authorization amount upon booking. We reserve the absolute right to review, triage, or manually cancel any booking entry in our backend system if the registration data fails to align with our WhatsApp screening verification. For local transfers (PayMe/FPS), the booking entry is subject to manual validation of the transaction receipt.
全球學員透過 Stripe 預約時，系統會先行鎖定信用卡授權額度。若前端登記資料與 WhatsApp 的人手核對或轉帳截圖不符，我們保留於後台拒絕申請並一鍵取消預約的最高主權。本地轉帳（PayMe/FPS）則須經由小助手人手核對收據後方為有效。
4. Intellectual Property & Governing Law | 智慧財產權與管轄法律
All content, conceptual models, and proprietary tools developed by Phoenix Wong are protected under intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
本網站及品牌發出之所有原創工具與心智模型均受法律保障。本條款應受香港特別行政區法律管轄並依其詮釋。
